Tampa, Fla, Oct. 28, 2024 – Hudson RPO today announced that Christian Scandella is joining Hudson RPO as Head of the Latin American RPO business. In this role, Scandella will spearhead efforts to increase the firm’s presence and stature throughout the region and will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s talent acquisition efforts there.

Scandella has nearly 20 years of recruitment industry experience, with South American, Latin American and global responsibilities. 

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President – Latin America at Cielo, where he led the launch, execution and operation of expansion into the region.

Previously, Scandella was a Global Talent Executive at IBM, where he created, set up and managed the growth of international delivery centers in Malaysia, Bangalore and Krakow. He also served as IBM’s Workforce Director for Latin America.

He also held leadership roles at Kenexa (acquired by IBM) and was founder of Sixto Recruiting in Buenos Aires, which was acquired by Kenexa.

Tampa, Fla, Oct. 16, 2024 – Building on its already robust presence in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Hudson RPO today announced that David Whittingham-Jones has joined Hudson RPO as the region’s Head of Sales. In this role, Whittingham-Jones will spearhead efforts to increase the number and size of the firm’s RPO client engagements and will work to drive enhanced globalization of accounts. 

Whittingham-Jones brings more than 25 years of recruitment industry experience, and has a wide range of core competencies, including driving market share growth, post-merger integration and large customer selling expertise.

Whittingham-Jones earned a BSc degree in Modern Languages and Accounting Studies from the University of Salford. He is based in the United Kingdom.

Tampa, Fla, Sept. 23, 2024 – Hudson RPO today announced that Shaun Limwatana has joined Hudson RPO as RPO Vice President, Hudson Middle East and Africa. In this role, Limwatana will help lead efforts to increase the firm’s presence and stature throughout the region and will be responsible for overseeing the firm’s go-to-market RPO strategy in the region. 

Limwatana is an experienced HR professional, having been in the region since 2008. He is the cofounder of Parisima Talent, a leading Talent and HR advisory firm based in Dubai. Prior to cofounding Parisima, he held leadership roles across both HR and Talent Acquisition for both FGB (now FAB) and Barclays, where he was responsible for regional remits across the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia. Those roles encompassed up to 14,000 full-time employees (FTEs) and more than 2,000 hires per year.

In these roles, he was responsible for delivering significant HR restructuring and transformation programs, as well as redesigning and building improved resourcing and talent functions across multiple geographies.
