A world-renowned beauty and consumer goods company needed full lifecycle recruitment support for speciality sales and operations roles in the US. Hudson RPO implemented a hybrid RPO model and built an ongoing strategic partnership. The solution has been active for 10 years, and has achieved 85 hires a year.

Sourcing

Hudson RPO was appointed recruitment partner for a leading producer and distributor of hot and cold beverages. As a recruitment partner, Hudson RPO implemented talent pooling for recurring and high-demand roles, market intelligence reports and continuous improvement within the recruitment process. By doing so, Hudson RPO achieved a 100% direct fill rate with an average of 35 days to fill.

Employer Branding

A multinational manufacturer of electronics selected Hudson RPO, seeking a more cost-effective solution than their traditional recruitment methods. To support the client's brand, Hudson RPO built landing pages for several regions, improved the candidate journey, and launched a new career site with over 20 employee videos in native languages. The solution has achieved a 30% reduction in fees, and 98% of roles are filled through direct delivery.
