Behind the scenes

To transform ClearView’s hiring process, Hudson RPO focused on sourcing, recruitment process, technology, and assessment tools. A talent acquisition manager and a recruitment/sourcing coordinator joined ClearView’s Sydney office to manage 100 permanent hires per year.

ClearView leveraged Hudson RPO’s proprietary ATS solution. We developed a custom sourcing strategy and implemented interview guides and processes to optimise the candidate recruitment experience. We also conducted pre-hire assessments for better quality hiring and implemented HR onboarding technology.
