Journey to success
Hudson RPO employed an Online reference check tool (Xref) and created a tracker based on the client’s ATS for a dashboard. Weekly HRBP meetings were held and monthly reporting including HM meetings. We created talent pools for recurring, high-demand roles.

Hudson RPO was tasked with setting up a process for all temp and contract hiring, and permanent roles up to Assistant Manager across all divisions: Distribution, Partnership Distribution, Corporate Solutions, Marketing, Technology, Compliance & Risk, Corporate functions. This included a full spectrum of candidate onboarding activities including Workpass arrangement. We engaged with government agencies for recruitment activities.
