The Labor Outlook for 2023

Webinar | February 16th, 2023 at 2pm ET

The labor market experienced many shifts over the last year, so what does that mean for TA leaders in 2023?

We’ve partnered with Jay Denton, Chief Analytics Officer, and Mallory Vachon, Senior Economist, at LaborIQ to explore the data and macro trends happening in the labor market, what it means for Talent Acquisition leaders, and how they can take advantage of the opportunities.

They’ll discuss questions like:

  • What’s going on in the labor market; will tech layoffs spread to other industries?
  • How should TA leaders incorporate economic forecasts into headcount planning and talent strategy?
  • Has the talent shortage changed compensation benchmarks; how should businesses respond?
  • How do TA leaders bring value to the business in ways other than hiring?
  • How do TA/HR leaders help maintain company culture, morale and a strong hiring brand?
  • How can companies with open roles take advantage of the available talent?

Mallory and Jay will join Darren Lancaster, CEO of HudsonRPO Americas and Joe Belluomini, CEO of Coit Group (a HudsonRPO company) to provide these answers and more.

Come learn, ask questions, and take tactical lessons you can bring back to your team. You’ll also get first access to our initial 2023 compensation report, only distributed to webinar registrants.
