Melissa Boos joined Hudson RPO in February 2024 as a Managing Partner in the firm’s Executive Search Practice. She brings more than 15 years of experience in executive and professional recruiting, having developed and executed cost-effective and impactful recruiting strategies across multiple sectors and industries.
Previously, Melissa served as Global Head of Executive Search at Takeda Pharmaceuticals, one of the world’s largest biopharmaceutical companies. There, she led recruitment efforts globally for senior leadership positions, including the C-Suite and the Board. Prior to her time at Takeda, Melissa was at Becton Dickinson (BD), where she led efforts to build a centralized Executive Recruiting function from the ground up.
Melissa also serves as a Strategic Advisor to the LEAP TA Searchlight Network. Her volunteer efforts include serving as General Manager, Operations at Christ Episcopal Church for their Second Time Around thrift ministry in Suffern, N.Y.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Pace University and lives in Suffern, NY.
