Mariken leads the Hudson RPO recruitment team for a large global Financial Services client in Hong Kong. In this role, she is responsible for managing a team of recruitment specialists, recruitment coordinators and researchers for roles across 11 countries in Asia. Mariken has over 20 years of business experience in recruitment, either in-house or RPO, based in different industries and countries. She is experienced in building and managing high performing and successful teams fully embedded in the business and consistently receives strong client endorsements.
