Jim joined Hudson RPO in February 2024 as a Managing Director in the firm’s newly established Executive Search Practice.
In this role, Jim will drive the expansion of the executive search function, working closely with his RPO colleagues to give clients a holistic approach to talent acquisition.
Jim is a results-driven talent and operations executive with strong leadership competencies in the telecommunications, health insurance, and technology industries.
He has expertise in designing and growing talent acquisition, operations, vendor management, and Veterans Affairs functions. Prior to joining Hudson RPO, Jim was Managing Partner/Founder of Executive Search Professionals. Prior to that, he worked at Frontier Communications, a U.S. based Fortune 50 company, as SVP of Talent and at UnitedHealthcare (Oxford Health Plans), where he served in a variety of staffing roles.
Jim serves on the Board of Directors for the WorkPlace, founders of a nationally recognized job preparatory program that addresses the social, emotional and skill deficiencies caused by long-term unemployment, as well as other programs providing support to Veterans, youth and individuals with disabilities (IWD).
Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Consumer Affairs from the University of Rhode Island and lives in Connecticut where he enjoys spending time with his family.
