As the Director of Technology Innovation, Chris is responsible to guide recruitment process efficiency through the use of technology, internally and externally within budget. Other responsibilities include program implementation and project management support.
Additionally, Chris collaborates with regional and global team members to support the use of leading recruitment and sourcing technologies.
