We’re hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner
Warsaw, Poland
(Hybrid – minimum 8 days per month on site in the Mokotów area).
This is a permanent role with a start date July 2025
This newly created position is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing EMEA recruitment team, focused on hiring top technical talent across the region. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes and shape our tech hiring strategy.
Important: This is an in-house role. We are only considering candidates with internal recruitment experience. Agency-only backgrounds will not be considered.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across EMEA
- Partnering with hiring managers to define hiring plans
- Sourcing and engaging top-quality candidates
- Delivering a great candidate experience
- Using recruitment data to improve performance
- Supporting our employer brand within the Polish tech market
- Collaborating across our global TA team
- Ensuring inclusive, effective hiring processes
Requirements:
- Proven in-house recruitment experience focused on technical/IT roles
- Strong understanding of the Polish tech talent market
- Confident using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Polish and English (both required)
- Able to work on site in Warsaw (Mokotów area) at least 8 days per month
