As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you’ll bring strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a keen eye for identifying top talent across banking, digital, and design roles. While your primary focus will be supporting banking and financial services, and digital hiring within a global financial services organisation, you will also play a part in sourcing for middle office roles as needed.

Working alongside Resourcing Specialists, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers, you’ll help shape sourcing strategies, build high-quality talent pipelines, and contribute to broader recruitment campaigns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow your market research and strategic sourcing capabilities, while developing your influence as a talent advisor.

How you will shape the future of talent:

  • Proactively sourcing, screening, and talent pooling candidates across banking, digital, and design disciplines using LinkedIn, internal databases, and external job boards
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments that impact sourcing strategies
  • Designing and delivering tailored sourcing campaigns to attract top talent for high-priority roles
  • Partnering with Resourcing Specialists and hiring managers from the outset – from briefing to offer
  • Engaging talent communities and providing a best-in-class candidate experience

About you:

  • A sourcing and/or recruitment specialist with in-house or agency experience
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing, market mapping, research, and talent pooling across varied functions
  • Highly organised and collaborative, with a strong interest in financial services recruitment
  • Motivated and ready to grow your career within a high-performing RPO environment
