Hudson RPO is seeking a Talent Intelligence Associate to support a high-impact, client-facing project within a growing global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, analytical, and results-driven individual with experience in talent sourcing, market research, or labor market analysis.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic hiring decisions through high-quality labor market insights and research deliverables. Key Responsibilities
- Labor Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on global talent trends, supply and demand dynamics, competitor talent strategies, and compensation benchmarks across multiple geographies.
- Insightful Deliverables:
Develop client-ready reports, market maps, and visual presentations that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
- Client Engagement:
Actively participate in client meetings—even in a support function—to understand their needs, shape deliverables, and provide consultative value.
- Project Management:
Consistently meet deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs) while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with client partners and internal teams, acting as a strategic advisor and source of talent market expertise.
- Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Talent Intelligence processes and tools.
What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Talent Intelligence, Sourcing, Executive Research, Market Mapping, or Labor Market Analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and simplify complex datasets.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills — able to turn insights into compelling narratives.
- High attention to detail with a good eye for visual presentation and document design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Global talent market knowledge, ideally with experience across EMEA or multiple international regions.
- Familiarity with talent intelligence tools (e.g., Lightcast, Talent Neuron).
- Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced Excel.
- Exposure to AI trends in the workforce and their implications on hiring strategy.
- Previous experience crafting whitepapers, thought leadership, or strategic hiring recommendations.
