Talent Intelligence Associate – EMEA (12-Month Contract) Location: Remote within EMEA region
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 12-month Fixed-Term
Function: Talent Intelligence / Market Research
Client-Facing Role

Hudson RPO is seeking a Talent Intelligence Associate to support a high-impact, client-facing project within a growing global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, analytical, and results-driven individual with experience in talent sourcing, market research, or labor market analysis.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with internal and external stakeholders, supporting strategic hiring decisions through high-quality labor market insights and research deliverables. If you’re passionate about turning data into compelling stories and want to make a global impact, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Labor Market Research & Analysis:
Conduct in-depth research on global talent trends, supply and demand dynamics, competitor talent strategies, and compensation benchmarks across multiple geographies.
  • Insightful Deliverables:
Develop client-ready reports, market maps, and visual presentations that transform raw data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Client Engagement:
Actively participate in client meetings—even in a support function—to understand their needs, shape deliverables, and provide consultative value.
  • Project Management:
Consistently meet deadlines and service-level agreements (SLAs) while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
Build strong relationships with client partners and internal teams, acting as a strategic advisor and source of talent market expertise.
  • Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of Talent Intelligence processes and tools.

What We’re Looking For Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Talent Intelligence, Sourcing, Executive Research, Market Mapping, or Labor Market Analysis.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and simplify complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills — able to turn insights into compelling narratives.
  • High attention to detail with a good eye for visual presentation and document design.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Global talent market knowledge, ideally with experience across EMEA or multiple international regions.
  • Familiarity with talent intelligence tools (e.g., Lightcast, Talent Neuron).
  • Experience using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) or advanced Excel.
  • Exposure to AI trends in the workforce and their implications on hiring strategy.
  • Previous experience crafting whitepapers, thought leadership, or strategic hiring recommendations.

Additional Details

  • Client-Facing Role: Though this is a support function, you will attend client meetings and help shape deliverables.
  • Global Exposure: This is a great opportunity for someone with international experience or who wants to grow in a global role.
  • Early Hours Occasionally Required: Due to global time zones, occasional early morning calls may be expected.
