Talent Acquisition Consultant – Consumer Goods (Singapore)
Join a highly collaborative team as a Talent Acquisition Consultant and help us drive end-to-end recruitment for our FMCG client. This role will give you the chance to work with various stakeholders and build strategic relationships with senior leaders and business partners.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment to support all vacancies across the FMCG business.
• Liaise with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Promote exceptional client service and create a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Stay updated with the rapidly changing recruitment landscape.
• Continuously seek innovative ways to drive quality outcomes.

You’ll Bring:

• Extensive experience in recruitment, with FMCG experience preferred.
• Experience in talent sourcing and managing recruitment across different locations in the APAC region.
• Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
