What you’ll do:
- Lead talent sourcing and talent mapping efforts for senior and specialized roles within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting one of our largest clients.
- Develop comprehensive talent insights and market intelligence to identify high-potential candidates and talent pools across Brazil and Latin America.
- Use innovative sourcing strategies and tools to build talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Collaborate closely with recruiting teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic market insights.
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent landscape to inform sourcing strategies.
- Deliver high-quality candidate insights to support targeted recruitment campaigns and client decision-making processes.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- Extensive experience in talent sourcing and talent mapping, preferably supporting senior or specialized roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries.
- Exceptional skills in market insights and talent research.
- Proven ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent across Brazil and Latin America.
- Strong understanding of the local talent landscape, industry trends, and talent pools for specialized roles.
- Excellent research, sourcing, and data analysis skills—expert in talent mapping tools and platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing strategic insights and influencing decision-makers.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.
