Recruitment Coordinator – Biopharma (Canada) 4AM – 12MN shift
Join a fast-paced, collaborative, and high energy team provide high level HR admin coordination and support to our Recruitment team. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you are responsible in conducting interview arrangement, background checks, medical checks and onboarding for our Biopharma/Life Sciences client in Canada. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Provide daily support to a team of 6-7 Recruiters across Canada
- Arrange interviews, background checks, medical checks and onboarding
- Generate new starter paperwork and complete other administration HR tasks as required
- Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as you work closely with our recruiters across the North America / Canada team and building relationship with your colleagues
- A proven track record over the past 2-3 years in a similar scheduling, recruitment administration or human resources administration role preferably within a large and complex corporate business
- A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential
- You are flexible, proactive, and can-do attitude, coupled with the ability to manage your workflow autonomously
