Job Overview We are looking for a proactive, client-focused Recruiter to join our Americas team, supporting end-to-end recruitment for one or more of our key clients. Based in Mexico, you will manage the entire hiring process from intake through onboarding, partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to play a strategic role in delivering top talent while creating an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Partnership: Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand business needs and hiring requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment life cycle including role intake, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Proactively identify and engage top talent through a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, referrals, and databases.
- Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to clients on search progress, candidate pipelines, and market insights.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, positive candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize recruitment workflows, improve time-to-fill, and enhance quality of hire.
Key Requirements
- Experience: 2–4 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting. Client-facing experience is essential.
- Language: Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar).
- Relationship Builder: Able to build trust and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
- Results-Oriented: Strong organizational skills with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
