We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this entry-level role, you’ll support the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates across various roles within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for entry- to mid-level positions across various departments.
- Post job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and internal channels.
- Assist with screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
- Proactively source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, and referral networks.
- Maintain accurate and organized candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide timely updates.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting our organization and culture.
- Assist in generating reports and metrics related to recruitment activities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, HR support, or related roles is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in talent acquisition.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with social media, job boards, and basic HR systems is desirable.
- Professional attitude with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
