We’re hiring a high-impact Commercial Strategy & Enablement Lead to accelerate the growth and performance of our global sales organisation.
This role is at the centre of our go-to-market engine—integrating sales enablement, bid management, lead generation, sales operations, and field marketing into one seamless function. If you’re passionate about scaling sales performance, driving outbound effectiveness, and embedding operational rigour into a high-growth environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Areas of Focus
- Sales Enablement & Tools: Drive the global rollout and adoption of sales platforms, playbooks, and enablement programs
- Outbound Performance: Lead a high-performing global BDR team and build scalable, cross-region outbound cadences
- Bid Management: Elevate our bid quality and win rates through a unified global process and client-centric storytelling
- Sales Operations: Own quota setting, commission models, dashboards, and performance accountability frameworks
- Sales Support: Optimise the offshore support function in Manila and India to boost pipeline impact
- Field Marketing: Partner with marketing to build targeted campaigns, events, and partnerships that generate leads and buyer engagement
What Success Looks Like
- 90%+ adoption of key sales tools
- 25 net-new leads per month generated via outbound
- Transparent sales dashboards and improved accountability
- 10 high-impact campaigns or events per quarter
- Enhanced bid conversion rates and proposal quality
