Candidate Care Associate (CCA)

Location: Remote OR Hybrid

Reports to: Hudson RPO Account Manager

About the Opportunity:

If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with a background in Human Resources, our new Candidate Care Associate (CCA) role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to our recruiting and onboarding process.
CCA is responsible for providing support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. The CCA will help drive accountability and improve communication and build relationships with candidates ensuring a positive recruiting experience. 
CCA also maintains a culture of operational excellence and can clearly live and articulate Reworld’s mission, which is to build a safer, more prosperous world by ensuring no waste is ever wasted.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist recruiters with various administrative responsibilities as assigned.
  • Responsible for all CCA assigned SLA’s (service level agreements) and proactive follow-up.
  • Schedule phone, video and in-person interviews for hiring team(s).
  • Manage the post-offer process to include coordinating background, drug, and any OSHA required clearances.
  • Arrange candidate travel, transportation, and accommodation if necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality with candidate information.
  • Other duties as assigned
     

Application Tracking Systems (ATS) Management: 

  • Ability to work in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurately and within the specified timeframe(s) with proper approval channels.
  • Workday recruiting experience preferred

Qualifications:
EDUCATION

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s degree strongly preferred.

 
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • 3 years(s) of experience in a business or office environment utilizing strong customer service and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • A strong attention to detail, can work autonomously but not afraid to ask questions. 
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within Human Resources and talent acquisition
  • Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
