(French/ English) Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote – Canada) Hudson RPO is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team supporting a global leader in healthcare manufacturing offering the opportunity to work on high-impact roles that drive business-critical hiring.
You’ll play a key role in managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across Canada. The focus will be on manufacturing, sales, and quality roles, with the opportunity to work within a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
- Focus on hiring for manufacturing, sales, and quality assurance roles
- Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining close communication with stakeholders
- Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future roles
- Operate effectively in a bilingual environment (French and English), supporting teams across Canada
- Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/French) – required
- 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
- Experience working in regulated industries or within unionized environments is an asset
- Comfortable working East Coast hours (EST)
- Previous experience in RPO or embedded recruitment models is a strong plus
