Role Overview
We are seeking a Bilingual Senior Recruiter based in Mexico to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This role will serve as a strategic talent partner supporting corporate-level functions across Latin America (LATAM) and North America (NA). You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for high-impact, senior-level positions and contribute to building a strong and diverse talent pipeline across the region.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for a range of mid-to-senior level corporate positions, including Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and other functional areas.

Partner closely with business leaders across LATAM and North America, understanding their strategic hiring needs and advising on best practices.

Execute proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, and other tools to identify top-tier, bilingual talent.

Lead intake sessions, provide market insights, and present qualified candidate slates in a timely and consultative manner.

Drive a seamless candidate experience, ensuring consistent communication and a strong representation of the employer brand.

Collaborate with HR business partners and cross-regional Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure alignment on processes and goals.

Contribute to broader TA initiatives including DE&I efforts, employer branding campaigns, and recruitment process improvements.

Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on corporate or functional hiring at the mid-to-senior level.

Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions through data, insights, and strategic consultation.

Strong sourcing background with a demonstrated ability to attract passive talent.

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Experience recruiting across LATAM and/or North America strongly preferred.

Ability to work independently, with a high degree of ownership, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment CRM tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
