Audit Administrator – Financial Services
Join a fast-paced, collaborative, and high energy team provide high level HR admin coordination and support to our Recruitment team. As an Audit Administrator, you are responsible in onboarding facet – collating employee such as psychometric assessments, pre-employment requirements, and reference checks. In this role, you will also gain exposure to some additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.
What you’ll do:
- Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists across ANZ
- Assist in conducting audits, reviews, and other auditing-related tasks, including basic audit procedures
- Obtain and maintain candidate documents to be used for onboarding preparation
- Participate in meetings regarding compliance and any changes in the audit process
- Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration under APAC, ANZ, or EMEA region.
- Experience working in a large and complex business environment
- A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a sharp focus on offering a superb candidate experience is essential
- Great communication skills and the desire to work in a collaborative and high energy team.
