What you’ll do:
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing high-quality candidates for various roles within the pharmaceutical industry in Mexico.
- Use innovative sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage potential candidates across multiple channels.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Conduct market research and talent mapping to provide strategic insights and talent insights for the client.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach through the hiring process.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- 2+ years of sourcing experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or highly regulated environments.
- Strong proficiency in sourcing techniques, including social media, job boards, and databases.
- Excellent research and market insights skills to identify talent pools across Mexico.
- Ability to build relationships and engage passive candidates.
- Knowledge of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requisitions and projects.
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
