Senior Recruiter – German & Turkish Speaking (Based in Spain of the UK)

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter fluent in German, Turkish, and English to join our growing EMEA recruitment team, supporting delivery on our key client account, Based in Spain, you will lead end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and regions, partnering directly with hiring managers and HR stakeholders in a fast-paced and international environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle for a large Chemical brand across assigned markets (with a focus on Germany and Turkey)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and role requirements
- Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent in highly competitive markets
- Conduct market mapping and proactive talent pipelining for business-critical role
- Provide a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring all applicants are engaged and informed throughout
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment operations teams and client HR business partners
- Provide market intelligence and regular reporting on recruitment metrics and trends
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter
- Fluency in German, Turkish, and English – both written and spoken
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Experience managing recruitment across multiple geographies
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously
Desirable:
- Previous recruitment experience within the chemicals, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Exposure to Chemical. Manufacturing or similar clients is a plus
- Familiarity with employment legislation in Germany and/or Turkey
