About the Role:
Hudson RPO is seeking a Junior Recruiter to join our growing team, supporting a major global manufacturing client. This remote role is ideal for someone with strong sourcing, screening, and relationship-building skills, who is eager to grow in the talent acquisition space.
You will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates across a variety of niche and technical roles—primarily for positions in the U.S., with a focus on the East Coast. This role involves close collaboration with senior recruiters and hiring managers, with opportunities to participate in intake calls and recruitment strategy discussions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively source and identify top talent across multiple platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, databases)
- Screen candidates to assess suitability based on role requirements
- Collaborate with 2–3 senior recruiters to support up to 10–15 active roles at a time
- Manage a high volume of niche and technical positions, including roles in utilities, plant operations, and manufacturing
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for recurring roles
- Ensure a smooth handoff to recruiters for submission to hiring managers
- Participate in intake meetings when needed and contribute to role scoping and strategy
- Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years of sourcing and/or recruitment experience, preferably in a high-volume or RPO environment
- Strong knowledge of U.S. recruitment practices and job markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities
- Experience recruiting for technical, skilled trades, or manufacturing roles is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
