(French/ English) Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote – Canada)   Hudson RPO is seeking a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team supporting a global leader in healthcare manufacturing offering the opportunity to work on high-impact roles that drive business-critical hiring.

 

You’ll play a key role in managing full-cycle recruitment, partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders across Canada. The focus will be on manufacturingsales, and quality roles, with the opportunity to work within a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and role requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
  • Focus on hiring for manufacturingsales, and quality assurance roles
  • Deliver a strong candidate experience while maintaining close communication with stakeholders
  • Build and maintain pipelines of qualified talent for current and future roles
  • Operate effectively in a bilingual environment (French and English), supporting teams across Canada
  • Adapt to evolving business needs while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness

 

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English/French) – required
  • 3–5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally supporting manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team
  • Experience working in regulated industries or within unionized environments is an asset
  • Comfortable working East Coast hours (EST)
  • Previous experience in RPO or embedded recruitment models is a strong plus
