Recruitment Coordinator – Financial Services (ANZ)
As a Junior Recruitment Coordinator, you will be responsible for conducting interview arrangements for our financial services client. In this role, you will also gain exposure to additional HR admin duties and responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide daily support to a team of Recruiters for the ANZ team.
- Arrange interviews.
- Generate new starter paperwork and complete other HR administration tasks as required.
- Collaborate with the broader team on process improvements.
You’ll Be Someone Who Can Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment administration, including interview scheduling in the APAC, ANZ, or EMEA regions.
- Experience working in a large and complex business environment.
- A firm technical understanding of Microsoft Office tools and a strong focus on offering an excellent candidate experience.
- Great communication skills and a desire to work in a collaborative, high-energy team.
