Talent Acquisition Consultant – Consumer Goods (Manila, Night Shift, Remote)
The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting, including candidate pipeline development, sourcing, assessment, and ensuring a top-notch candidate experience. The role involves utilizing recruitment technology, overseeing the offer and pre-employment processes, and providing regular reporting to the business.
What You’ll Do:
Reporting/Scorecards:
- Own the weekly scorecard and reporting process to share recruitment status and keep business leaders informed.
- Identify recruitment trends and proactively suggest improvements.
- Develop a process for tracking candidates through the offer process.
Sourcing/Recruitment:
- Gain thorough knowledge of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures.
- Ensure timely updates of the applicant tracking system throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with managers on staffing needs for various roles.
- Coordinate onsite interviews for open positions.
- Execute sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build a robust talent pipeline by engaging prospects and developing professional relationships.
- Initiate conversations with candidates to present career opportunities and promote the organization’s value proposition.
- Stay updated on new sourcing tools and strategies, tracking their effectiveness.
- Lead recruitment projects focused on attracting diverse candidates.
Pre-Employment Process:
- Oversee the pre-employment process to ensure timely processing of hires.
- Conduct interviews, extend offers, and onboard candidates.
- Partner with legal teams on complex pre-employment decisions.
You’ll Bring:
- Extensive experience in recruitment, with FMCG experience preferred.
- Experience in talent sourcing and managing recruitment across different locations in the Americas region.
- Innovative approaches to resourcing platforms, tools, and techniques.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders across different entities.
