We seek a Business Development Director to join our team and spearhead the growth of our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) offerings. This is a remote role, with a preference for candidates based in the East Coast or the Central Time Zone.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Take ownership of driving new business opportunities, focusing on winning RPO and MSP clients.
- Unlock New Growth Opportunities: Identify and launch new market segments, focusing on optimizing retention, monetization, and growth strategies.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with global teams across the organization to ensure the delivery of integrated and impactful solutions for clients.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key C-suite executives and strategic partners, acting as a trusted advisor for business growth.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship: Provide guidance and leadership to internal teams, fostering a high-performance culture while coaching and developing talent.
- Strategic Insights: Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions that support growth, client retention, and operational excellence.
Who You Are:
- You bring 7+ years of successful revenue/sales leadership experience, including P&L management.
- You have a proven track record in high-growth startup/scaleup environments, ideally having scaled businesses to $5M+ in revenue.
- Your ability to build scalable systems and engage with C-level executives sets you apart, and you’re experienced in leading the charge to unlock new business opportunities.
- You possess an executive-level presence and are adept at relationship-building and driving results through effective partnerships.
- You are a skilled coach and leader, able to guide teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- With a proactive, results-oriented mindset, you thrive on achieving objectives under tight deadlines, consistently driving results.
- You possess strong analytical and decision-making skills, with a focus on both short-term wins and long-term strategic success.
