Lead Generation Specialist – Business Development
We are an agile and commercial organization with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Lead Generation Specialist – BD, you will be working closely with our Sales Team and research key markets around the APAC or ANZ region.
What you’ll do:
- Research key markets, especially around the ANZ and APAC regions, to identify organizations that may benefit from our services.
- Develop and implement campaign strategies to effectively engage target audiences.
- Conduct cold outreach to potential clients, utilizing various communication channels.
- Set appointments with enterprise decision-makers, such as HR Directors, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and Heads of Procurement.
- Work with advanced sales tools to identify relevant contacts within targeted organizations.
- Contact prospects via email and in-mail to request and schedule meetings with our highly experienced Client Solution Directors.
- Communicate with prospects to gather preliminary information about their business and recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with Client Solutions Directors to share relevant research reports, case studies, or other information with prospects.
- Ensure appointments are scheduled in the Client Solutions Directors’ diaries and provide supporting information before meetings.
- Maintain contact cycles for prospects as directed by the Client Solutions Director.
- Provide support to the Client Solutions Directors at all stages of the sales process as required.
- Attend fortnightly sales meetings with the CEO and the ANZ or APAC Sales & Marketing Team to stay abreast of sales activities, tenders, and pitches.
You’ll be someone who can bring:
- You enjoy working with salespeople in a lead generation capacity, and have performed this role successfully in the past
- You are driven, self-motivated, tenacious, and resilient
- You enjoy doing research to identify target companies and contacts
- You are highly organized and able to manage priorities to meet KPI’s
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
