Expands Footprint in the Middle East

(NASDAQ: HSON), announced today it is expanding its global presence with the acquisition of Executive Solutions, a Dubai-based talent solutions company. With the entry into the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Hudson Talent Solutions is strongly equipped to serve talent acquisition functions with volume hiring in the rapidly growing Middle East region. The acquisition is expected to close later this month.
Established in 2008, Executive Solutions has a proven track record of assisting organizations in finding and placing the best candidates for a wide range of roles across industries.
