Kimberley is the CEO of Hudson RPO in Asia Pacific, overseeing all aspects of the business. With over 25 years of experience in recruitment and talent management, she has previously held various roles at Hudson (prior to the separation Hudson RPO and Hudson) since 1993. Kimberley is an expert in transforming recruitment models and has helped leading companies in Asia Pacific achieve superior outcomes. She specializes in workforce planning, recruitment marketing, diversity, assessment, internal mobility, recruitment technology, and onboarding. Kimberley has also worked on improving visibility and management of contingent workforces. She holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology and is a licensed psychologist.
