Kimberley leads Hudson RPO across Asia Pacific. In this role she is responsible for leading all aspects of the business, including strategy, operational excellence, new business acquisition, brand and marketing, HR, technology, finance, legal and innovation.

Kimberley has over 25 years of experience in the Recruitment and Talent Management industry and over 18 years of experience in RPO. Since joining Hudson in 1993, she has held a variety of roles including Organisational Psychologist, Head of Assessment, General Manager – Major Accounts, Director of Financial Services Sector, Director of Sales, Executive General Manager – Talent Management & Executive General Manager – RPO. More recently with the split of Hudson and Hudson RPO, Kimberley was promoted to CEO, Asia Pacific.

Kimberley established Hudson’s RPO business locally and played a key role in launching Australia’s first-ever RPO solution for Johnson & Johnson, a solution that Hudson RPO managed for 17 years. Kimberley is an expert in helping clients transform their recruitment models to deliver superior results. She offers deep expertise across the talent management continuum from workforce planning, recruitment marketing and sourcing, through to diversity, assessment, internal mobility, recruitment technology and on-boarding. Kimberley has also worked with clients across Asia Pacific to gain improved visibility, control and management of their contingent workforce. Increasingly, Hudson RPO is leading the way with the delivery of integrated talent acquisition models, where Hudson RPO is our client’s single strategic talent acquisition partner across all categories of employees – permanent, internal, graduates, part-time, casual, and contingent. Kimberley has worked with some of Asia Pacific’s leading companies to transform their recruitment models and deliver superior outcomes for their business, including improving quality of hire, customer experience, and talent retention, while reducing time to hire, cost per hire, and organizational risk.

Prior to joining Hudson, Kimberley worked as a psychologist in the private sector, working with adults with disabilities. She has a Master’s Degree in Psychology from Sydney University and is a psychologist with over 25 years of experience.
