In 2010, Leah joined Hudson RPO and was charged with building a global brand for the RPO division. Six months later, she was made Vice President of Global Digital Marketing where she transformed the organization’s digital marketing function. This included the launch of 27 new multilingual sites and the implementation of SEO, CRO, email marketing automation and global LinkedIn training for all recruiters. The efforts increased organic traffic across company websites by 60 percent and increased new business requests by 135 percent.

In 2015, Leah became Vice President of Marketing for Hudson Americas and oversaw a brand repositioning and re-definition of services for a regional re-launch.

She also launched the employer branding division in the Americas and led the employer brand programs for BMW Dealers, BMW STEP, and MINI Dealers in the USA. She continues to advise on employer branding for Hudson RPO’s Americas clients.

In late 2017, Hudson announced the strategic divestitures of its Asia Pacific and European recruitment and talent management businesses in order to focus globally on RPO. Shortly thereafter, Leah was named Vice President of Global Marketing for the new Hudson RPO and led a corporate rebrand initiative.

Prior to joining Hudson, Leah founded and ran a digital marketing agency that was named “Woman-Owned Business of the Year” by a Chicago-area Chamber of Commerce.

She spent 9 years in senior-level marketing roles across the U.S. for Jones Lang LaSalle.

Leah received her bachelor’s degree from Binghamton University and earned a Global MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. She lives in Northern California with her husband and son.
