In 2007, Laura joined Hudson after 8 years in Canada as a seasoned HR practitioner. She has more than 10 years of experiences in talent acquisition and development, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, HR program design and implementation, and HR integration across a variety of professional disciplines including Telecommunications, Marketing, IT and Financial Services.

Laura currently leads Hudson’s RPO & Talent Management businesses in China. She has successfully implemented recruitment solutions for clients in a wide range of industry sectors across China as well as North Asia. Laura and her team also provide consultative and delivery support to clients at different stages throughout their talent acquisition cycle, including talent market insight, employer branding, channel analysis and candidate sourcing, selection methodology and tools, and on-boarding process. Laura’s client experience in China spans banking, financial services, industrial & manufacturing, automotive, FMCG, healthcare/life science and pharmaceutical.

Laura holds a BSc degree and MA degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University. She is a Canadian Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
