Kimberley leads the Hudson RPO global leadership team and directly manages Hudson’s RPO business across Asia Pacific. She has over 19 years’ experience in the Recruitment and Talent Management industry and over 10 years’ experience in RPO.

Kimberley established Hudson’s RPO business locally and played a key role in launching Australia’s first-ever RPO solution for Johnson & Johnson, a solution which continues today. She is an expert in creating and establishing sustainable RPO and contingent workforce solutions and offers deep expertise across the talent management continuum from workforce planning, through sourcing, assessment, development and career mobility. She has worked with some of Australasia’s leading companies to transform their recruitment processes and improve quality of hiring, retention and service, while reducing time to hire, cost per hire and organizational risk.

Prior to joining Hudson, Kimberley worked as a psychologist in the private sector. She has a Masters Degree in Psychology from Sydney University and is a psychologist with over 20 years’ experience.
