Deanne Barbary

Since 1995, Deanne has held a number of roles within Hudson RPO including Client Relationship Management, Consulting and Project Director for a prestigious RPO Solution - Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games. Over the past 15 years, Deanne has partnered with clients including Medibank Private, sanofi-aventis, Gartner (Asia Pacific), National Foods Limited, Bank of Queensland and I-Med. As one of two General Managers within Hudson RPO, Deanne is responsible for driving the strategic relationship with a portfolio of Hudson RPO’s key clients and also for leading the internal recruitment function within Hudson.

Deanne leads solutions across both permanent and temporary / contract recruitment within Australia and across the broader Asia Pacific region, improving their recruitment metrics (time to fill, quality of hire and retention). Her expertise includes change management, employment branding, recruitment technologies and campaigns, talent acquisition strategy, internal mobility processes and identifying high performers and improving performance of new employees.

Deanne holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and is currently completing a Masters in Human Resources & Industrial Relations.
