Kimberley leads the Asia Pacific region for Hudson RPO.

Kimberley has over 19 years’ experience in the Recruitment and Talent Management industry and over 10 years’ experience in RPO. Since joining Hudson in 1993, she has held a variety of roles spanning Assessment, Recruitment, Sales & Account Management, Talent Management and RPO.

Kimberley established Hudson’s RPO business locally and played a key role in launching Australia’s first-ever RPO solution for Johnson & Johnson. She is an expert in designing and implementing sustainable RPO and contingent workforce solutions and offers deep expertise across the talent management continuum from workforce planning, through sourcing, assessment, development and career mobility. She has worked with some of Australasia’s leading companies to transform their recruitment models and deliver superior outcomes for their business, including improving quality of hiring, retention and service, while reducing time to hire, cost per hire and organizational risk.

Prior to joining Hudson, Kimberley worked as a psychologist in the private sector. She has a Master's Degree in Psychology from Sydney University and is a psychologist with over 20 years’ experience.
