This is a 6 month contract role – Resourcing Specialist (Tech)
As a Resourcing Specialist (Tech) on a contract basis with our business, you will be partnering with a leading global financial services client. Your role is a true partnering and advisory role. Collaborating with your clients to purposefully explore their TA needs and shape their recruiting strategy. You will be supported by a company that values creativity and its people, an organization that will set you up for success and ensure you are empowered to deliver as a trusted expert, adding value and driving outcomes.
As a strategic thinker with a consultative style, you’ll get the opportunity to partner with key Technology hiring managers and stakeholders, create and execute recruitment strategies together, and influence and advocate change.
