We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 6 month fixed term contract, aligned within the Consumer Health industry to focus mainly on recruitment in Costa Rica. If you’re driven by results, thrive on building relationships with stakeholders at all levels around the business, and have a passion for recruiting, this opportunity is for you.
 
How you’ll shape the future of talent:

  • Own the entire end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
  • Manage a requisition load while providing strategic sourcing in candidate-driven markets
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class recruitment process
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies in challenging markets to ensure a continuous talent pipeline
  • Provide guidance and counsel beyond the recruitment process, advising on market insights, trends, and competitor movements
  • Promote DE&I initiatives through ongoing networking, process improvement, and education

 
 
You’ll be someone who can bring:

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Business Proficiency required
  • Recruitment experience in Costa Rica, including full-cycle recruiting experience working closely with hiring managers filling time-sensitive roles in a fast-paced, highly competitive industry    
  • Prior experience in In-house recruitment or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) preferred
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build and sustain strong relationships
  • Your personal brand is grounded in communication, partnership, and integrity
  • A keen understanding of business needs, be in and around people regularly to solidify relationships and partnerships; consultative by nature
  • Demonstrably skilled with internal and global mobility
  • We are looking to engage with candidates who are well-versed in delivering an exceptional candidate journey
  • Highly skilled with direct sourcing, screening candidates, managing stakeholders, and being responsible for offer management and full recruitment lifestyle
  • Your objectives will be to ensure a streamlined turnaround delivering operational excellence at all stages of the process
  • Ability to work in office in Cartago, Costa Rica – hybrid role
