Keith’s career with Hudson began in Asia Pacific and recently he transitioned to the Americas. His experience includes Talent Management, RPO and Corporate functions including running a division of the Australia/New Zealand Talent Management business and a range of RPO roles covering sales, solution architecture and implementation. Keith was a founding member of the RPO business in Asia Pacific, he’s personally been involved in 30 RPO solutions, has led the bid team for one of Hudson’s largest accounts and has contributed significantly to the development of the Hudson RPO business.
Keith has a combined 20 years’ experience in recruitment and organizational psychology and change management. His expertise is in building solutions that draw on the full range of Hudson RPO capability. He has specific skills in strategic recruitment reviews, RPO design and implementation, large scale assessment/development programs, psychometric assessment, competency development, high potential programs, recruitment technology, talent pools and change management/business transformation. He has a Masters Degree in Applied Psychology and a B.Sc in Psychology from UNSW and he’s accredited in Hudson’s proprietary assessment tools.
